Luke Lambert Wines Crudo Shiraz is typically sourced from the Denton Vineyard in the Yarra Valley. From a warmer site, it different in style to Luke Lambert's Yarra Valley Syrah.

The fruit is crushed and a high percentage of the grape stalks – sometimes up to 90% – are included. Fermentation is with wild yeasts, then the wine matures in large seasoned oak casks. There is no fining or filtration at bottling.

Deep cherry red, Luke Lambert Wines Crudo Shiraz is driven by juicy fruit flavours with accents of tannins and subtle spice. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
